The “Raw Garnish”: Unlike other spices, this powder tastes best when it’s barely cooked. Turn off the heat on your curry, wait 1 minute, and then sprinkle a teaspoon of Coriander-Cumin powder on top. Stir and cover. This traps the fresh aroma inside the pot!

Storage: Highly volatile oils! Keep in a small airtight container. Do not store near the stove as heat will kill the fresh aroma.
