Shipping & Orders
What are the available shipping methods and charges?
We offer PAN India shipping through reliable courier partners. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time is 3–5 days in major cities and 5–7 days in remote areas.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track it from your account dashboard under “My Orders”.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. Please contact support via WhatsApp or email for urgent changes.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily serve customers within India. For international shipping or bulk export orders, please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp. We are happy to assist with bulk international orders.
Exchanges & Returns
What is your return policy?
Since spices are perishable food items, we only accept returns or replacements if the product received is damaged, expired, or incorrect. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging.
How do I initiate a return or replacement?
Go to your account → My Orders → select the order → “Request Replacement”. Or simply email us at support@daival.in with your order number and photos of the issue.
How long does it take to get a refund or replacement?
Replacements are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds (if applicable) are initiated within 5–7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?
We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway. You can pay using UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), and more.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through Razorpay’s 128-bit SSL encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
Do you charge GST or any extra taxes?
All prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST. No hidden charges.

Are your products certified for safety?
Yes, all our products are processed under strict quality controls. We are a registered business with FSSAI License No. 10725994000972, ensuring that our spices meet the required food safety and quality standards.
Are your spices 100% organic and pure?
Yes! All Daival spices are 100% natural, organic, hand-pounded, and free from artificial colors, preservatives, or fillers. We source directly from trusted farms to ensure purity and freshness.
What is the shelf life of your spice powders?
When stored properly in an airtight container away from sunlight and moisture, our spices stay fresh for 12–18 months from the date of packaging.
