At Daival, we know how important it is to receive your spices on time. We partner with India’s most reliable courier services (like Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart) to ensure your products reach you in the freshest condition possible.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (Gujarat): 2-4 Business Days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your package on our “Track Order” page or the courier partner’s website.
4. Damages During Transit
Daival is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not support international shipping at this time.
