Returns, Replacement & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Daival. We take great pride in the quality of our spices. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

IMPORTANT: Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or taste preferences once the packet has been opened.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Replacement

We only offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged/Leaking Packet: The product arrived with a torn packet or seal.
  • Wrong Product: You received a different item than what you ordered.
  • Expired Product: The product delivered is past its expiry date.

To be eligible, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

2. How to Request a Refund/Replacement

  1. Take clear photos or a video of the damaged/wrong product.
  2. Email us at contact@daival.in or WhatsApp us at (+91) 87809 37496 with your Order ID and the photos.
  3. Our team will verify the claim within 24 hours.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return/claim is inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, etc.).

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 Business Days.
  • UPI/Wallets: 2-4 Business Days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@daival.in.
